Ingredients for 4 people:
¤ 1 medium or two small pumpkin, peeled and cut into squares
¤ 1 large onion, cut into pieces
¤ 2 leeks (all) cut into slices
¤ 2 celery sticks cut into pieces
¤ 2 wedges or a cup of cream
¤ Black pepper to taste
¤ Salt to taste
¤ A cup of olive oil
¤ Water to cover vegetables
¤ Curry (optional)
How to make the recipe:
Heat a pan with a little olive oil, add onions and leeks, sauté, add the diced pumpkin and celery sticks, continue to saute for about five minutes.
Add water (until they are covered all vegetables), salt and cook about 10 minutes. Add the pepper, curry powder and cheeses. Grind in a blender and serve. If you chose cream, add it after grinding, or that everyone can enjoy the taste.
Note: You can also eat cold and some vegetables can be varied. For example, broccoli, spinach, zucchini, etc..
