To accompany a nice cup of tea or coffee, these cookies are rich in fiber, are easy to make. Try them!

For 15 cookies:

Cookies oatmeal and raisins

Ingredients:

¤ 50 g of butter
¤ 125 g brown sugar integral (or saccharine liquid)
¤ 2 eggs
¤ 50 g flour
¤ ½ teaspoon salt
¤ ½ teaspoon baking powder
¤ 175 g rolled oats
¤ 100 g raisins
¤ 10 g sesame seeds
¤ A little ground cinnamon (optional)

How to make the recipe:

Grease two baking sheets. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar or saccharin. Add the eggs gradually and mix well. Add flour, salt, cinnamon and baking mix.

Add the oats, raisins and sesame seeds, then stir well. Place spoonfuls of dough on the trays well separated between them and flatten slightly with back of spoon.

Bake cookies in preheated oven at 170 oC for 15 minutes. Watch to not burn. Cool slightly and remove them from the still warm pan and place on a plate or source.

Note: You can substitute the raisins for apricots (dried apricots)
