Ingredients:
-8 desalted cod loins
-35 grams of butter
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 bunch of parsley
-2 tablespoons oil
-2 lemons
-boiled potatoes to accompany
-pepper
-Salt
Instructions:
Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Also chop parsley
Put the butter, chopped garlic and parsley in a bowl, cover and cook for 1 min. to power maxima; reserved
Preheat a tray to maximum power for 5 minutes. Add oil and heat for 1 minute above place the filets of fish, side by side.
Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and cook them for 6 minutes at 190 degrees.
Pour over reserved butter, sprinkle with the juice of a lemon and cook 1 minute more. Serve hot, accompanied by potatoes and slices of lemon.
