Introduction:
All recipes make dulce de leche are my downfall.

Coconut pasta

Ingredients:
-300 Gr. flour.
-300 Gr. sugar glass.
-180 Gr. of grated coconut.
-150 Gr. semifría butter into cubes.
-3 eggs.
-1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla.
-1 egg yolk.
-50 Gr. of grated coconut.
-1 jar of dulce de leche.

Instructions:
Beat together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix all the ingredients together and Add flour and coconut. Move the mixture to a lightly floured surface and knead until a smooth dough that stretches with the help of a roller. Cut the pasta with a striated cortapastas, pass to a well engasada plate of oven, brush each dough with egg yolk and sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 170 º C for ten or twenty minutes. Remove and cool completely. Once cold pasta, stitch together them in pairs with a bit of dulce de leche smeared at the base of each one of them.
