Hello, do not believe that by it has been so long without posting I have nothing entered in the kitchen. The truth is that I have backlog, I’ve done several things with their respective photographs, but I’ll be putting them little by little. The summer gives much play to be away from home and the time in front of the computer is reduced.
Well, not me roll over it up and I leave this flan in super easy chocolate making at a time and cold is great!
INGREDIENTS:
-2 milk chocolate tablets.
-1 package of flan Royal makes 8 servings.
-1/2 liter of cream.
-200 ml of milk.
ELABORATION:
We put the chocolate in the bowl of the Thermomix and granule 20 seconds in progressive speed 5-7-9.
Add the the rest of the ingredients and set 9 minutes, 90 °, 3 speed. We turned the preparation in a mold, wait for it to cool and put in the refrigerator.
We unmold and decorate to taste. Better to do it from one day to another.
