Ingredients for four people:

¤ 2 red peppers
¤ 2 zucchini
¤ 300 g of mushrooms
¤ 1 tub or can of soybean sprouts
¤ 200 g of white cabbage
¤ 1 large onion
¤ 4 cloves of garlic
¤ 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
¤ 4 tablespoons brandy (optional)
¤ 50 cl of olive oil
¤ Salt, pepper, five spice and curry to taste

How to make the recipe Chinese vegetable wok:

Clean all the vegetables, dried, chopped and save them separately. Put the oil in the wok and heat.

Pour the chopped peppers, stir a few minutes, add chopped garlic, continue to stir for two minutes, remove from wok and put in a large bowl.

Repeat the same steps with the zucchini.

Now put the diced onion cut into the wok, saute a few minutes, add mushrooms, stir a few minutes, add cabbage, soy sauce, salt, spices and brandy, stir a few minutes, add the vegetables stored in the bowl, stir well and pour in serving dish.

Note: This recipe can be served vegetarian with rice, noodles, cellophane noodles or other pasta. You can also vary the vegetables to taste.
