Ingredients for 4 people:

¤ 300 g of chicken, may be the case or thighs
¤ 1,1 / 2 liters of water

¤ 2 natural tomatoes
¤ 2 stalks of celery
¤ 2 leeks
¤ 250 g of pasta the size of your choice
¤ 1 egg (optional)
¤ 50 g of peas (optional)
¤ A pinch of black pepper (optional)
¤ 2 tablespoons olive oil

How to make the recipe:

Put the water in the pot and fire it. Add chicken, celery, leeks and salt. Simmer until chicken is tender. Remove the celery and leeks. Remove chicken and let cool. When cool, make the chicken pieces. Book

While making: In a skillet saute the onion with the oil, when browned add the tomato pieces, saute a few minutes.
