Ingredients for 4 people:
¤ 300 g of chicken, may be the case or thighs
¤ 1,1 / 2 liters of water
¤ 1 tablespoon salt
¤ Half an onion
¤ 2 natural tomatoes
¤ 2 stalks of celery
¤ 2 leeks
¤ 250 g of pasta the size of your choice
¤ 1 egg (optional)
¤ 50 g of peas (optional)
¤ A pinch of black pepper (optional)
¤ 2 tablespoons olive oil
How to make the recipe:
Put the water in the pot and fire it. Add chicken, celery, leeks and salt. Simmer until chicken is tender. Remove the celery and leeks. Remove chicken and let cool. When cool, make the chicken pieces. Book
While making: In a skillet saute the onion with the oil, when browned add the tomato pieces, saute a few minutes. Place a strainer over the pot of broth and strain the sauce, bathing in the broth and squeeze it to make it all the flavor in the broth. Remove the colander with the remains of the sauce.
Pour the pasta into the boiling broth and peas. Boil until the pasta is cooked. At the last minute, add the chicken pieces, pepper and beaten egg and stir while it is poured.
Note: Easier yet. Instead of making a sauce you can put all the ingredients of this directly in the broth from scratch. Remove while celery and leeks.
