Although a well-known dish, put it on the blog (which is like writing a cookbook) so that my kids can cook, in fact last Sunday my eldest son made the food, very good one and it was the recipe did.
Ingredients for four people:
¤ 8 fillets of chicken breast or turkey
¤ 8 large potatoes
¤ 100 cl of olive oil
¤ Salt to taste
¤ 2 eggs
¤ 100 g cracker Inca (salt), chopped
¤ black pepper to taste (optional)
How to make the recipe:
Peel and clean potatoes. Cut them a little thick strips. Put most of the oil in a pan (better if you have a special for frying potatoes), the fire and let the oil warm. Toss the potatoes (fry in two batches if the pan is not large) put salt to taste. Do not remove them until you see a little brown on the bottom. Remove and place on a tray.
By the time you’ve put the potatoes in the pan, beat two eggs, add salt and pepper and place breast fillet inside to soak it up. In a separate bowl put the chopped cookies. Put another frying pan with a little olive oil. When hot, throwing steaks to go pass through the previously chopped cookies. Brown on both sides. Place next to the chips.
Note: You can follow varied salad and tomato salsa or any taste.
