-500 g of chicken breast in cubes.
-1 teaspoon of paprika.
-1/2 teaspoon oregano.
-1 clove of garlic.
-50 g of water.
-50 gr of white wine.
-25 g of oil.
-1/2 teaspoon of salt.
-1 medium onion.
-1 medium Leek.
-50 g of oil.
-50 gr of tomato sauce (I fried tomato).
We introduce the chicken in a bowl and set aside.
We put all the ingredients of the marinade in the glass of the thermo mix and programmed 12 seconds, speed 4. Pour over the chicken and leave at least 15 minutes (I let it marinate overnight).
Without washing the glass, put the onion and Leek and sliced six seconds, speed 4. Download the remains of the walls of the vessel with the spatula. Add oil and tomato and sauté 7 minutes, temperature 100 °, 1 speed.
