These cheese appetizers are very easy to do and do well in a party buffet or snack any day while waiting for the main meal.
Ingredients: for about 30 canapes
¤ 1 terrine or Philadelphia cream cheese to taste
¤ Brie cheese 50 g
¤ 25 cl of cream
¤ 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
¤ 1 red apple unpeeled
¤ 1 box of chips square
How to make cheese canapes recipe:
Mix in a bowl of cheese, cream and cayenne pepper. Clean and cut the apple into thin slices and these into triangles.
Put a teaspoonful of the preparation of cheese on each toast, place them on a serving tray. Put the triangle on top of each canape apple have to be all looking the same side.
Note: You can prepare in advance and store cheese in the fridge (refrigerator), but not mounted until a few moments before serving because the bread is softened. You can change the apple grape, pear, plum, cured ham, chorizo, salami, etc..
