Cauliflower with carrot sauce

Ingredients:
-Cauliflower 1, 5 kg
-Water 3 liters
-Celery leaves 1 bouquet
-Vinegar from alcohol (or Apple) 2 tablespoons
-Salt

Sauce of carrots:
-Carrots 200 (g)
-Milk 500 ml
-Butter 40 (g)
-Flour 2 tablespoons
-Vegetable broth 1 pill
-Cooking cream 100 (g)
-Salt, pepper
-Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
-Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Instructions:
Clean cauliflower, splitting the trunk in crosses and put entire in a casserole. Cook in water with salt, vinegar and celery leaves. Boil heat about 20 minutes or until is tender but consistent. Put in a bowl, cover with the sauce of carrots and sprinkle with well chopped celery or parsley leaves. Serve immediately.

Sauce of carrots:
Beat together the carrots in small pieces, milk, butter, flour and broth pill. Pour into a saucepan and heat until it boils, stirring without stopping. Add the paprika, lemon juice and cream, remove from heat and use.
