-225 (normal) blanquilla sugar g
-100 g of glucose powder
-175 g of condensed milk
-50 g butter
-A few drops of vanilla extract
-half kilo of milk chocolate
We put to heat a saucepan with a glass of water take glucose and sugar, hope it dissolves.
We fandom’s in another saucepan the butter with condensed milk.
We heat the syrup if we stay cold and slowly add in the butter and condensed milk, we got the fire.
We give a cooking for 10 to 15 minutes, past which we pass the bucket by cold water so it cools, add the vanilla extract.
