Ingredients for the cake;
-1 cream brick plant (or animal)
-150 GMS. Pastry flour
-1 about yeast
-150 ml olive oil
Ingredients for the filling;
-2 j. york or bacon slices
-1 medium onion
-1 latite mushrooms
-4 substitute for fish (surimi) sticks
-1 beat tuna natural
-1 piece of mosarella (1 ball)
First make a sofrito with the following filling ingredients; j. york, onion and mushrooms, all very chopped. Pressure 2 minutes.
Make the dough for sponge; beat the eggs, salt, add the cream, flour mixed with yeast, and olive oil.
Add the sofrito more the sticks, tuna, parsley and the piece of mozzarella, all very chopped.
Mix well and pour into the main bucket. Cook 30 minutes at cocción-horno.
You can accompany with Salsa mayonnaise (lightened with milk), with tomato sauce, and even fill it with these same sauces.
It may be temperate and cold.
In the traditional oven this recipe soon about 30 to 45 minutes.
