A vegetarian recipe, asparagus, very easy to make and very tasty and contains few carbohydrates is good for people with diabetes.
Ingredients for two people:
¤ 1 bunch asparagus
¤ Havarty 200 g of cheese, Parmesan or similar cheese
¤ Salt to taste
¤ Pepper to taste
¤ 3 tablespoons olive oil
¤ Clean and chop the asparagus. Boil three minutes. Remove and set aside.
Grease with oil a baking sheet, divide the asparagus, sprinkle over the grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Place in the preheated oven at 170 º C until cheese is melted, serve immediately.
Note: You can also make this recipe with other vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, artichokes, etc.You can also use asparagus instead of fresh pot.
