Introduction:
Adaptation of the recipe for Cupcakes with my Apple variations MAYCA trikitrí
Ingredients:
-350 Gr. flour (use flour mercadona)
-275 Gr. sugar
-250 Gr. eggs (I used 5 of the medium)
-75 CL. milk
-250 Gr. oil (I used sunflower)
-1 about yeast royal
-zest of 1 lemon
-1 Apple sauce (1/ fileteada, 2 1/2 GRATED)
Instructions:
We put the butterfly, add the sugar and eggs, 7 min vel 3, 40th.
Add the zest, remove heat, 6 min vel.3.
Add oil, milk and applesauce, 3 min. you… 2.
Remove Butterfly.
Add flour and yeast, 6 sec. Vel 5. We help you at the end with a spatula.
Fill the molds below half, we put Apple fillets on top, we sprinkle sugar over everything.
Oven 170 degrees, bottom, 25 min, upper half area of the oven. We turn off oven and leave in 5 minutes.
