It seemed incredible that wasn’t this recipe in my cookbook, so now that you are starting the good time you could not miss. Here I show you as do I, but I would like to know how you do it, as it is a recipe that I do during the summer.

Ingredients: (for 4 people)

Andalusian gazpacho

-1 kilo of tomatoes
-1 small green pepper
-1 cucumber
-1/2 onion
-1 garlic
-melon
-Salt
-a dash of oil
-vinegar
-water

ELABORATION:

Start peeling the tomatoes, (although you can leave the skin if you want) we sliced them and them we are adding to pot where we blend them with mixer.

We sliced medium onion and pepper. Peel and sliced cucumber, and also add it to the pot. Peel the garlic and add it also.Now the Blender started to grind and we are adding cold to make gazpacho take the desired consistency. Both for the salt, vinegar and the drizzle of oil will have to go anadiendolo little by little and to your liking. Not I can tell how much because it varies depending on the amount of water you get.

Once is to your taste you can add pieces of vegetables or fruit(in my case, melon) above the gazpacho. I always add melon or Apple, I like the contrast of sweet.
