Today I had mono something sweet to snack and I made this cake, I recommend it because it is very rich and the flavor of the blueberries fits very well. She explains it in the traditional way, I I put the recipe with thermo mix, as I did.
INGREDIENTS:
-200 gr. of margarine
-180 Gr. of sugar
-3 eggs
-250 gr. flour
-half sachet of baking
-1 pinch of sugar vainillado
-90 gr. of dried cranberries
-50 Gr. toasted almonds
ELABORATION:
We precalentamos the oven to 180º. Chop the almonds so that it is a little thick so then notice the pieces to eat the cake. We put it in a bowl with blueberries and mix with a little bit of flour so that they are well spread around the cake in the oven.
We put the margarine and sugar into the glass and programmed 1 minute, speed 3. Then we return to schedule 3 speeds without programming time and we are adding the eggs one to one. When they are well integrated eggs, add sugar vanilla and mix 10 seconds, speed 3.
We weigh the flour in a bowl and her mix with the baking, her sieve and add the glass programming 10 seconds, speed 3.Add cranberries and toasted almonds and mix with the help of the spatula. Add the mixture into a mold previously greased and floured and hornbeams.
